We planned the project with all the stakeholders, including clients and our team members. We thought that having a clear requirement is crucial in achieving a successful project, and therefore we started with a conceptualization phase. 

• We divided the project into various phases and each phase was to be managed as per the Agile methodologies. We followed a weekly sprint-based approach. 
• We developed web-based platforms for product buyers/consumers who can access the digital manuals, product manufacturers to prepare and maintain the product manuals for various products and a super admin panel for our clients to manage the platform. The platform supported German and English languages.  
• The engineering team worked on the technical project planning, schema designing, defining the micro-services architecture, and preparing the required algorithms and logic in order to process text, PDF, audio and video data into the system. Intelligent features such as text-to-audio, audio-to-text, PDF processing, image processing, pixel-mapping and managing video subtitles in various languages, are some of the notable features.
