UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, marketing and/or development teams to define and
  implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that
  deliver delightful user experiences.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design
  decisions.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, consistent, and accessible.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on findings.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility for all designs.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing
  web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative
  Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking
  process.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Figma etc.).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to justify design
  decisions.
• A detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
