Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the USA and Europe regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound IT sales activities including lead generation cold calling email campaigns and LinkedIn nurturing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long term business partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Work across various time zones and shifts as per the target market.
Minimum Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in business development and sales in the IT Services industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales closures in the US and Europe regions.
- Strong experience in outbound sales activities with a demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads.
- Excellent English communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in mentoring and leading a team of junior sales professionals.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite Drive Docs Sheet Slides.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
