Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn email tech events and other channels.
- Conduct outbound calls LinkedIn messages and emails to potential clients to present our services and arrange meetings.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges ensuring alignment with our offerings.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop tailored engagement strategies for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead status in the CRM system.
- Track and report performance metrics to measure the success of outreach strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation preferably in IT Services or Outsourcing.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies with a focus on relationship building.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
