AI-Powered Software Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full-Stack Engineering & API Architecture :

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across backend (Node.js/Python/Laravel) and frontend frameworks (React/Next.js/Vue.js).

• Develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Node.js (Express/Nest), Python (Django/Fast API), or Laravel.

• Architect frontend applications with Next.js using SSR, SSG, API routes, and middleware for optimal rendering performance.

• Manage multi-database setups (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and implement caching mechanisms using Redis.

Build real-time communication features utilizing WebSockets/Socket.IO.

2. AI & GenAI Integration

• Work with GenAI models and AI framework tools to build smart business applications and multi-agent workflows.

• Utilize workflow automation tools (n8n, Make.com) to create AI-driven business solutions.

• Clean, preprocess, and construct data pipelines or APIs to integrate AI/ML models (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) into core web platforms.

Customize and fine-tune open-source AI models as required by project specifications.

3. AI-Accelerated Development & Best Practices

• Actively utilize AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.

• Ensure code quality, security, and web accessibility standards (WCAG) across all solutions.

• Lead frontend and backend architecture decisions, build reusable component libraries, and contribute to design systems.

Optimize web applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and overall performance.

4. Collaboration & Mentorship

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Tech Leads, and clients to turn business requirements into reality.
Report directly to engineering leadership/CTO for operational and strategic project reviews.

Minimum Requirements :

Experience 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience across Node.js, Python, React, Next.js, or Laravel environments.

• Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express.js or Nest.js)/ Python (Django or FastAPI)/ Laravel (PHP) development.
  
  - Frontend Mastery: Strong working experience with React.js /Next.js/Vue.js(including routing, state management, and SSR) with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  - AI & Automation Knowledge: Hands-on experience integrating GenAI models/APIs or utilizing automation tools like n8n / Make.com. Daily workflow integration of AI productivity tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
  

• Databases & Data Handling: Excellent knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) schema design, as well as caching with Redis.

• DevOps & APIs: Strong experience with Git/GitHub, RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS). Docker and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication, ability to prioritize tasks, and an eagerness to learn new concepts rapidly.
  
  Exposure to Machine Learning libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and NLP or Computer Vision concepts.
  Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks like React Native/ Flutter or e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
