AI-Powered Mobile Developers

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Platform & Native Mobile Development

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native (Expo & CLI) and Flutter.

• Develop custom native modules and bridge code using Swift/Objective-C for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android to handle native system APIs and deep hardware integrations.

• Build responsive, fluid user interfaces utilizing NativeBase, React Native Paper, Tamagui, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, and Tailwind CSS (NativeWind).

• Implement state management architecture using Redux Toolkit, Context API, Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX depending on project scale.

2. Mobile AI Features & GenAI Integration

• Embed generative AI capabilities, interactive AI chat/voice interfaces, and agentic capabilities into mobile clients via APIs.

• Implement on-device AI/ML models (e.g., CoreML, Google ML Kit) for real-time vision processing, speech recognition, and intelligent local features.

• Connect mobile applications with cloud AI microservices, Firebase, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.

3. AI-Assisted Mobile Workflows

• Integrate AI development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) daily to accelerate UI prototyping, bug fixing, test writing, and code refactoring.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile app performance, battery usage, memory footprint, and frame rates across both platforms..

4. Lifecycle Management & Client Communication

Manage the complete mobile release lifecycle, including beta distribution, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console publishing.

• Build and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, Codemagic, GitHub Actions) for automated building and testing.

• Communicate directly with international clients in English to discuss mobile architectural decisions, sprint updates, and technical requirements.
  
  Minimum Requirements :
  
  Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.

• Cross-Platform Mastery:

  Proven experience with React Native (both Expo and React Native CLI workflows)/Flutter and Dart.

• Native Development Knowledge: Working experience or familiarity with Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Native Android (Kotlin/Java).

• App Publishing: Successful track record of publishing and maintaining live applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• AI Tooling & APIs:

  Active usage of AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) in daily coding.

  Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into mobile user interfaces.

• Mobile DevOps & API Integration: Strong understanding of Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase integration.

• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills for direct client stand-ups and technical discussions

• Experience with on-device AI tools (CoreML, Google ML Kit, TensorFlow Lite).

• Experience with automated mobile testing tools (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Flutter Test, XCTest, Espresso).

• Prior background in Web Frontend technologies (React.js).
