Development: Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs for both mobile platforms using React Native.
Workflow: Develop applications using both Expo and React Native CLI based on project requirements.
Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire app lifecycle from concept and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
Client Communication: Communicate directly with international clients and clearly explain technical concepts, progress updates, and blockers in English.
Native Modules: Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues to ensure a native-like experience.
Integration: Use native APIs to enable deep integrations across both platforms.
State Management: Strong understanding of state management patterns and integration using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar libraries.
UI Libraries and Styling: Experience building responsive UIs with frameworks like NativeBase, React Native Paper, or Tamagui. Knowledge of Styled Components or Tailwind CSS (NativeWind) is required.
Similar experience with navigation and debugging tools like Chrome debugger and Flipper is preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of proven professional experience in React Native development.
Dual-Environment Mastery: You must be comfortable working with both Expo and the React Native CLI.
Published Apps: Must have successfully deployed and published applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please include links in your CV.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. You should be confident during stand-ups and requirement-gathering calls with clients.
While core mastery of React Native is essential, we strongly prefer candidates who havea background in React.js (Web) and Node.js (Plus point)
