Odoo Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Backend & Frontend).
- Implement new features and improve existing functionalities based on business needs.
- Work on Odoo integrations, API development, and third-party system connectivity.
- Lead and support Odoo version upgrades and data migrations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Odoo-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for custom modules and integrations.
- Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and secure coding standards are followed.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of strong experience in Odoo development and customization.
- Excellent knowledge of Odoo ORM, business workflows, views, QWeb reports, access rights, and Odoo Studio.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, Django and Odoo framework.
- Experience with REST APIs / XML-RPC integrations.
- Good understanding of Linux environment and server deployment.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with Odoo v14–v19.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
