IT / Network Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain computers across multiple operating systems including Mac, Linux, and Windows.
- Perform system installations, formatting, upgrades, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Implement and maintain network security best practices to safeguard company data and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, and connectivity.
- Coordinate with external vendors and support teams for repairs, maintenance, and escalations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of systems and configurations.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams as needed.
- Handle general IT administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with MacOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, switches, and security protocols.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and IT best practices.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to technical issues efficiently.
