We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to develop and expand our business relations in various terretories. We need a candidate who demonstrates a can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and works to achieve challenging business goals across regions. The position is a full-time at our development center in Gandhinagar, Gujarat (India).

Your Responsibilities
  • Be an integral part of a high paced, hardworking, fun loving, global team
  • Responsible for generating leads, client communication & accountability
  • Play a crucial role in building contacts and generating qualified leads to pursue to closure.
  • The role holder's key focus will be on prospecting for leads, building relationships, and making initial sales
  • To support the Management and team where appropriate, in providing evaluation of business inquiries as to their suitability on both business potential and technical feasibility levels and directing the inquiry appropriately
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong presentation skills
  • Developing new clients/accounts and retaining existing ones
  • Preparing the Proposals and Documents for Client's approval
  • Having the ability to identify potential clients, generating the leads, manage existing customer relationships, understanding the requirements of the clients, providing an appropriate solution and closing the sales.
  • Research & deliver intelligence that will inform proposition development of new investment projects.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage monthly targets
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client management
  • Understanding of how to achieve commercial success in a technology services based arena
  • Understanding basic financial information and the sales cycle
  • Upto 3 years of experience as business development executive
  • Applies analytical skills to deeply understand the business and drives execution in a well-structured manner. Brings in strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present to peers, management, partners and customers.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office including Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
  • Knowledge of various marketing tools for social media and email marketing
  • Should utilize the online/offline platforms to submit bid proposals, generate leads and negotiate on the project
  • Ability to work alone and a self-starter
  • Good communication skills, high proficiency in English
