The platform also helps loan officers to send multiple quotes, track their sent quotations, map their performance and even allows for application of loan from within the platform. The solution helps loan officers ease all operational hassles of their job so that they can focus on their business and customers fully.
Loan officers can instantly generate custom loan quotations as per clients requirement such as for purchasing new loan, for refinancing, mortgage loans or escrow etc.. Officers can create custom quotations by entering dynamic variables such as down payment, rate of interest, payback period etc.
Loan officers can improve chances of conversion by giving their potential customers options of different quotations of different loans and variations. The platform allows a limited number of free quotes per month, officers can buy additional quotes as per their requirement.
Impress your clients with a detailed loan quotation where each and every part including interest, payment period, EMI, additional costs and other loan details are elaborated. Users can also compare their multiple loan quotations side by side to make an informed decision.
Customers can like or dislike a particular quotation which allows the officer to know which quotation is more suitable. Officers can link any loan portal to the platform so that customers can begin their loan application process from the app directly.
Loan officers can track and enhance their business performance through a detailed visual performance report visualised through graphs and charts. Officers can view the number of loan quotations they have sent to potential clients, how many of those have been approved, and display a win ratio of how many quotes were approved against the ones sent.
Loan officers can keep a track of their day to day and overall operations by viewing and tracking the draft quotations they currently have, quotations sent, quotations viewed, quotations that need action, applications that have been approved, and quotes that have been archived.
